    Default puffiness caused by food allergies

    does anyone else xperience this? your face looks unrecognizable sometimes, too puffy because of food allergies? what gets rid of this? when i used to swim in the ocean the salt would alleviate some of the swelling but i cant do that anymore, what alleviates the puffiness? thank you peeps :O

    If it's food allergies, then simply avoid the foods you are allergic to.

    Finally, I'm not the only one that gets this! I know it's nothing to be happy about, but at least I know I'm not alone or crazy or making it up, like the allergist thought! I would just avoid the foods that trigger this. Do you know what they are and mind sharing? For me it's not just my face, but whole body that does puffs up. If I do consume something I feel will puff me up then I prop myself up with two pillows when I go to sleep so the fluid can drain a bit.
