Default Has anyone tried the Raw Crunch Diet?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried the Raw Crunch Diet? I'm thinking of trying it, but I wanted to ask anyone if they tried it first and if it's as good as it sounds! I don't want to waste all that money for something that won't help me! www.rawcrunch.com I think it might help improve my energy and help me stay more raw! Thanks in advance! Have a fruitful day!

Are they suggesting that you only eat these or are they just an extra on to your normal diet.

    Raw Crunch Diet:
80% raw diet consisting of fresh juices with Vitamineral Green for breakfast followed by fresh fruits; an early afternoon snack, one of her Raw Crunch Bars; a mid afternoon salad; another Raw Crunch Bar in the late afternoon; and your dinner of choice (cooked).

Yes, I have the book. I followed it since the summer (not faithfully). I have been slowly tweaking it. Kathy Feldman (author) recommends Vitamineral Green smoothie for breakfast, two of her raw crunch bars (one before lunch and one before dinner), salad with a whole avocado for lunch and your dinner of choice. When I read the book and saw what she looks like, I felt it would be a wonderful start and decided to see where it took me.

First of, I was never able to have my dinner of choice w/o bingeing afterwards. After reading alot of posts here, I thought two bars and an avocado was way to much fat in one day. I am slowly transistioning to high fruit, low fat. I am still working of getting a few days of 100% raw in.

Basically, I still use her diet as a foundation. I have Vitamineral Green every morning. I eat fruit all morning (as she recommends), and now have extended it to all day. When dinner time rolls around I try to just have a salad with some nuts, but when I can't, I fall back to raw crunch which recommends a healthy dinner of choice.
