Wow, that is amazing but not entirely surprising that Kraft is the company to do this. I wonder how many other major food companies are doing this! Everyone, watch this! Thanks for the link :)

It has a "Micheal Moore" quality to it!

Great stuff...G.M. food has a certain code when checking out at the grocery store. Is it 5?. I can't remember....and I think that only applies to "fresh" produce, not processed.

Very Scary! I also had no idea that Phillip Morris owns Kraft. Next they'll be lacing our food with tobacco!!

    Default Neither did I!

Wow... I didn't know that either, Kristy! It's amazing what these giant corporations can get away with. Well, thankfully I'm not eating these products anymore. And if I become the example I believe I will become, then hopefully I can help others to not eat this crap either. I finished reading Nature's First Law. It's a good work, but very repetitive. I guess I feel that way because I don't need to be convinced that eating this was is the right thing to do... I can't wait to get Alissa's book - all 4.5 pounds of it!!!

    Love to all,
    Melissa

    Melissa,
Just wanted to say ty for your posts, very inspiring. :) I just ordered Alissa's book Thursday and also looking forward to using it. I have been collecting recipes from other sites and trying them while I wait on her book. And like a lot of ppl this take some getting used to but I realize the health benefits are great. lol I am also gradually getting myself off of coffee, been drinking it to long.

The book is fabulous! I wish I would have had it when I first decided to go raw. It answered so many of the basic questions I had in the beginning. I loved the straight forward simple philosophy and of course, the testimonials. Wow! I think it is a beautiful book, too. I love the pictures, the quotes, the information on the sides of the pages! I'm a big fan of this book....
    :) can you tell?
