    Neck pain.

About ten years ago, I had a crick in my neck, it seemed to be one of those things you get from sleeping wrong. But it didn't go away for days. And then, a few months later, it came back. And it kept coming back - until it got to be a permanent thing, and then it started getting worse and worse. Finally, it got difficult to drive because I couldn't turn my head to look for oncoming traffic.

When I went raw it started gradually lessening. A year later, even though I hadn't been 100 percent, it was almost gone. A year and a half later, it was totally gone, I could turn my head in all directions with no pain at all.

The past few weeks, it's been coming back - just a hint of it, and it hasn't impeded my ability to turn my head or anything. It comes and goes.

This is kind of embarrassing but I am 15 and for as long as I can remember I have had trouble moving my bowels (including a lot of pain and often bleeding). I also had very bad vaginal (is that a word? haha...and sorry for the graphicness btw) itching and pain when urinating....no matter how much I bathed. I don't know what it was but with raw I am free of that and my bowels move much better. lets see...my nails are shinier and my hair is STARTING to take on that shine it had when I was littler. My hair seems to have started to turn blonder again. I feel stronger and more energized. I SEEM to become a little toned more easily (although I definately have to work on that). I don't have depression any more and I feel good about feeding my body. I suppose the list could go on and on but these are the first things that come to mind. Lets see what happens once I start sports again after two years of not being allowed to.

    Raw is wonderful!
I used to need 36 ounces of coffee every morning, just to have the energy to make it to 4 pm. I would fall asleep on the couch and need another couple cups of coffee to get to 9 pm at night. It was horrible.
On raw~I wake on my own between 5 or 6 am and stay up to see my husband in the evenings...sometimes until midnight. It still amazes me that I can do this now. Changed my life!
I had horrible acne...on the start of raw...it actually became worse. Now after 9 months...I have actually gone without foundation and needing to cover up my skin for a whole month! So...it cleared up as my system did!
I was obese...I've lost 60 pounds and fall in my ideal weight range for the first time in adulthood! :)
I'm not sure why, but I have always had this dark pigmentation around the back of my neck...drove me nuts because I couldn't wear my hair up without being self concious about it. It's fading the longer I'm raw.
My period (since I started having one) has always been extremely long. 7-10 days in length. With 45 days between them. Ouch! It was horrible. The bloating would begin 2 weeks before and the acne along with it. Horrible experience. Now it is every 30 days and down to 5 days. I am hoping like some that it will someday just stop. HALLELUJAH! Teehee!
Emotionally...I was a nut job. Seriously, it took nothing to set me off...I was always on edge...easy to anger and sleepy. Moody. Yes, that word sums it all up. Now I'm extremely easy going. My husband asks sometimes if I have a pulse. I'm really very simple now. I see the good in everything and have the energy to enjoy it.
On raw...I feel like a butterfly. I'm finally able to crawl out of that tight fitting cacoon and stretch my wings! I'm not the old SAD me, but the new improved raw me! And I love it!
    Raspberries, almonds & kiwi...oh,my! :D

    chronic migraines cured
    candida cured
also I was beginning to get stress incontinence -- and I find that as long as I'm eating raw, I have absolutely no problems in this area, but if I lapse and eat cooked, then it starts again -- wierd, or what? Anyway, that alone is enough to keep me raw!
wonderful clean feeling inside and regular, very clean bowel movements -- sorry to be so graphic, but it's another reason I looooooooooove raw
    plus, TONS more energy --

    Yep, raw certainly goes rawk.

My desire for health brought about raw food eating...which disolved IBS, High-Blood Pressure, and a host of aches, pains, hair loss, etc. Just my experiences.

A mysterious bump inside my nose was growing. When I went raw, it shrank, and is now gone.

    Hi Kris,
The cancer that was removed from my body never to return was Malignant Melanoma stage 1 thankfully and Non Hodgekins Lymphoma B Cell that was also stage 1. The crazy thing was that Lymphoma almost always spreads and on me it never did. When they took out the lymph node and dug out the melanoma after radiation(yuck) My blood work was pristine all because I had gone raw for like just a couple of weeks!!! I'm comming up on my 1 yr CAT scan next month and I'm really confident that it will be clear, just like my 1st one and my 6 mo. scan. Are you suffering or know someone that is suffering? Do what you can to convince them to go raw, at least for a couple of months to clean out all the toxins(cancer).
