It helps me to watch The Secret, or read something about the positive aspects of raw or visualization and manifestation. Anything that is uplifting to you. It also helps if I meditate daily. Its like a power nap in the middle of my day It is what it is, just let it be,

The only way I am able to stay positive is when I am DOING something positive/inspiring. It doesn't necessarily have to have anything to do with diet. The only reason to eat healthy (IMO) is to have the energy and poise to do positive things with your life. I find it impossible to make the diet itself a goal.

Do whatever creates positive feelings. You can even visualize a time when you were really happy or see yourself happy in a tranquil place. Listen to relaxing music or music that makes you feel good. Write an affirmation and put it somewhere you can see it. Think of something you're grateful for or something you've accomplished.

    Default how to keep positive?

It has been a challenge for me too, with the cold, cold weather up here. Things pop in my mind like ' I want hot soup' and a steak burrito manifested itself in my thoughts the other day, very weird~ I have been vegan/ vegitarian for years.

I like this Old Chinese saying: " The temptation to quit will be greatest just before you are about to succeed." ~ never give up, focus on what you want to happen and move forward one day at a time, and don't take things too seriously :) if you fall down, get back up again.
