    Default Question?

What does it mean when your appetite dies off and you feel a bit sick to your stomach? I always feel wonderful on Raw...so this is a bit confusing for me. I've stopped eating my dehydrated foods. My body seems to just not want to eat anything combined. I bought a few melons this morning and a bag of bananas...nothing really sounds good except celery. So, you know, I'm listening. But what would make me feel this way? Does anyone else ever experience this?
Oh...and I can't get enough water! What do you think this is all about?
    Raspberries, almonds & kiwi...oh,my! :D

Ok, found an answer for this in another thread from RawNora! Apparently, I'm probably have digestive trouble from having seeds a few days ago. I should have known instantly, but for some reason my mind just didn't go there. If it's raw...I feel I can eat it...and the longer I am raw...the more my body cries for something simple. Why oh why don't I listen to it better. I think raw gourmet just isn't for me. I will stick to the fresh fruits and veggies for now and see if some of this ill feeling and bloating leave. I'm hoping they will leave quickly.
Any clue on how to help my body digest and get rid of this quicker? Should I fast and just give my system a break?
I just know, I don't want to feel like this again!

I think you already have your answer .. if your body is not feeling well and you are not wanting much to eat ... then don't. Just drink water (or munch on the celery if you really want it).

The point is, let your body & digestive system rest and process the stuff that is already there so you can get back to feeling great.
    Cheers

ShelShel, it sounds like you're doing great, and are able to listen to your body. That must be encouraging! I'm still transitioning and have no idea what my body wants, LOL.

I hope you feel better soon! :)
