Default BreakUp: With my b/f & Raw Food

A while back my boyfriend and I ended our relationship.
And... , as a female , I became overly emotional. Everything just seemed to fall apart, especially my commitment to raw food.

Basically I've been eating whatever! Anything that I wanted that would get my mind off of him.
Now, a couple weeks later my skin has gotten worse and I've notice a little weight gain. HELP!

I feel like I've dug a hole of SAD food that's gonna take a while to get out off.

Never say 'OOPS!' always say 'Ah, Interesting!'

Bummer. But you've taken the first step - realization of what you have done. Now to move on to the next steps. Going raw again. Think about you now and how much healthier, clearer mental clarity, and general well-being you are when raw.
    You can do this!
    Raw food is comfort food.

Going back to raw food will help clear your thoughts. It will help to ease your digestive tract and calm your nerves. Stay strong!!!!!!!!!!

A break-up IS emotional! Feeling sad about it is not overly emotional. Let yourself feel the pain without having to qualify it as being too female or too emotional. :)

I echo the above posts. You took some time off of raw, now it's time to hop back in the saddle! :)

Boy, do I know how that feels ...
It will pass. Really, it will. Focus on taking care of YOU. Right now. Do what's good for you even when you don't feel like it, even when it seems pointless. Be sad if you have to, but be good to your body.

    Hope you feel better soon.

I hear you. Set the small goals that YOU think are right and shoot for them. THAT is YOUR path. Embrace THAT! LOL.
