hey, i did my raw 30 day challenge in august and i lasted only 28 though...than it got really hard not to binege so i fell back to my meat heavy diet which ive been on for a long time (though i just turned 20), my question is, i was thinking maybe im going to fast for myself and i was considering mostly raw but vegetarian, so like maybe 1 egg here and there and i read about kefir, and a bit of cottage or cheese goat cheeses because they dont irritate me as most dairy does, (i was highly intolerant to dairy as a child)...i know most just jump the on the wagon but i just fell like if im gonna make this work and try and commit to raw one day or as best i can i might have to ease my way...does anyone have any advice, and also what are the best "vegetarian" foods, im trying to find the raw dairy and i know tofu,soy is a bad no no also i wont eat grains,beans or any other "starches" im trying to stick to veggies and fruits as my carbs, never was a starch freak lol... well thanks to everyone!
