    Default hi sungodness

    hi sungodness,

I have read your messages with Rawnora. It is very helpful to me too. By advice of Vandy, I cut out the nut and eat fruit as much as possible during the day and eat one salad at evening. I am feeling so much better. I do not bloated now! Before I always went back to juice. This time, i will find the balanced raw food workable for me.

Do you start to discover more new fruits? I only eat apple, banana, kiwi and grapes. I will start to discover new fruits..

I ate a lot of nuts for wanting put more weight and grow back my hair. But it made me worse.. after cuting out the nut, i feel more energy and do not bloat now.

    blessing to you

    Hi rainbow!

Yes, I have been helped a lot by the guidance of Rawnora and Vandy too. I have started 811 and definitely believe it is the way to go. I my skin has cleared significantly (not all the way). However, I found it a struggle last night for some reason, and ate too much avocado! I often will binge on dense fruit like dates, but it is still better than the nuts! I am needing to still cut down on food intake, and up my exercise, but I am sure I am on the right path!

My hair is still falling out, but hopefully that will stop. I am a little sluggish today too after last night. But today is a new day!

Please continue letting me know how you feel! It is so nice to hear other peoples' stories!

    love Chevy

    Hi Rainbow & Sungodess,

I followed this thread too. Rawnora really sounds like she knows what she is talking about.

I don't feel ready for this kind of diet myself. I am intrigued & a little skeptical at the same time.

What do you typically eat in a day?

keep up the great work you guys, but remember... you must give your body TIME to heal after all the years of abuse it has been through... do you really expect to un-do years of abuse in just a few days?? It took me over a year and I am only 19 right now...

just know that you are doing the best things you possibly can for your body... it will take care of the rest. As well, resting will be good for it ;)

Sungodness, it is so great to know you are stepping on the same path... we can exchange our experience. I just read the message from Vandy. They are so helpful. She is so enlightened and so yong.

i do not know well about 80-10-10.. just try the simple advice from Vandy, and I feel so great!! My face becomes clear now and start to have color. I was very pale and yellow..

I am adictive to salt and spicy. After I read the post from Vandy, I want to cut these out from tomorrow! At least, I want to do my best to try this effort.

    blessing and power to you
