    Default Veggie And Fruit Combos

    Hey Guys,
I Just Started A Juice Fast On Monday, But I Have A Question.
I Am Trying To Do Two Sweet Drinks A Day, Two Green, And The Other Like Carrot, Sweet Pot And Apple Or Carrot, Cabbage.
But My Question Is When You Juice A Green Juice For Instance Kale, Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Spinach And An Apple For Sweetner, I Am Wondering If I Am Getting Too Much Sugar When I Use Those For Sweetners. Like Does A Cucumber, Apple, Pear Combo Count As A Sweet Drink Or A Green Or Mid Road? I Am Just Worried About Getting The Proper Amount Of Greens, But I Can't Tolerate Them By Themselves Yet. Any Suggestions?

No, you are not getting too much sugar - use what you need to make your greens platable. Also, under the liquifast thread - there is a whole lot of recipes for green drinks that will assist you.
