E! Channel trains Cheerleaders on GREEN SMOOTHIES
Tommorrow on the E! Channel, there will be a show about these girls doing their first exercise video, and to prepare, they all drink green smoothies. In the commercial, one of the girls comments that "the go one a chimpanzee diet" ...
this should be interesting. I hope they say good things about it and have great results to promote raw!

Alot of people are calling anything that is green a "Green Smoothie" but they are not always RAW. I saw this mag. at the store talking about how this body builder drinks "Green Smoothies" so I opened it up to see what the recipe was and it contained yogort and soy milk.
What do you drink in your green smoothies?
kombucha tea, banana, raspberries, wheatgrass juice, spinach
(thats just me, personally...sure is green though haha)
We don't have ideology. We don't have theology. We dance.
Thanks Vandy, would this be "The Girls Next Door", a reality show where they are making an exercise video? Anyway I just ran my "E" channel search and that is all I saw.
It comes on at 7 pm and 9pm-pst on Satalite.
Again thanks for Sharing..............

yup that's it...
I haven't had a green smoothie in a while, but I prefer them with simple ingredients... banana/celery, mango/parsley, etc...
lately, I just love banana smoothies with water... just bananas :)

My oldest duaghter is 13, and a gymnast she drinks green smoothies three times a day. No peaches, but banana, spinach, cucumber, ginger, zuccini, grapes, what ever she or I through in the blender. She looks awesome I have stated. I tried to put up pictures but I have not figured that out yet. I will keep trying.
I just started green smoothies and I love the way they make me feel. I actually look forward to them:).....Spinach, Chard and Arugula, with some fresh mint leaves, pure h2o and some pineapple, or berries or 1/2 banana or a date or 2 mostly greens and less friut just for taste!!
My fav. green smoothie is
2 cups water
handfull of spinach (lately parsley)
ETA: and sometimes I add a piece of beet but then it is no longer a green smoothie but a purple one
I was channel surfing last night and I came upon "the girls next door" and this girl is reading the book "green for life" by Victoria Boutenko..well, obviously that caught my attention!! They later show her going to the kitchen where about 3 chef's working (how great would that be?) and she ordered the blueberry smoothie....
I saw the commercial too. Yeah it is the "Girls Next Door"- Hugh Heffner's 3 playmates/girlfriends that live in the mansion with him are doing an exercise video. It looks like it might be humorous to watch.

I already saw it. They were reading the green for life book on tv and making green smoothie recipes from the book. They weren't cheerleaders though, but they are making an exercise video.
