Default The easiest way to go raw!!!

I think I have the answer to anyone who finds going raw a struggle. This is a long term transition, but it works so good!!

Step 1: Write down everything that you would like to cut out from your diet - think small, for example, list things like bread, and cheese, rather than wheat, and dairy. (ie split big groups of food into smaller ones)

Step 2: Put these in order of the ones you are most addicted to, the worst being the first, the least addictive thing the last. (Do it on the computer or in coloured pen so you can put the most important to cut out in red, the quite important ones in orange and the least important ones in green, and put check boxes next to the foods so you can tick them off once you have cut them out)

Step 3: Cut out the first thing from the list (Cut out completely otherwise you will binge if you just have a little of it, because you will want more)

Step 4: When you feel you truly have no desire for the food you have cut out, and you are free from the addiction, then move onto the next one. DON'T RUSH TO THIS STAGE! It may take even months to be free from the cravings of the first thing, and if you overwhelm yourself by not letting yourself have all the things you once loved all of a sudden, you will give in to the cravings, believe me, Ive been there, done that!

Step 5: Just carry on the process, it may take a very long time but its way way easier and healthier than going straight into raw and then having huge binge sessions.

Hope this helps some people!! Its sure helped me! I'm now a vegan and I havent had oats since cutting them out (I was majorly addicted to these!), and I have all fruit for breakfast and snack a lot on fruit. No, I'm not raw yet but Im getting there bit by bit!
