w00t w00t!! Day 3
Okay, so I have miss up with a biscuit cause I was starving tonight and there was nothing good to eat at our dining hall on campus (which is not a rare thing!)
Anyways, my roomie is like helping me and yesterday I went to the gym and got on the cycling machine (my all time FAVORITE exercise!) and did top level for 20 minutes, 6 miles. And I walked a mile to the gym, a mile and a half total walking! w00t w00t
Anyways, I'm just very happy about this! Except I think the biscuit is making me break out...or it could be the Naked juice I am drinking.

8/14/06 --> 288.5 lbs (-13.5)
05/23/07 --> 274.2 lbs (-27.8)
On Weight Watchers:
09/28/08 --> 250.2 (-51.8)
