    Default w00t w00t!! Day 3

    Okay, so I have miss up with a biscuit cause I was starving tonight and there was nothing good to eat at our dining hall on campus (which is not a rare thing!)

    Anyways, my roomie is like helping me and yesterday I went to the gym and got on the cycling machine (my all time FAVORITE exercise!) and did top level for 20 minutes, 6 miles. And I walked a mile to the gym, a mile and a half total walking! w00t w00t

    Anyways, I'm just very happy about this! Except I think the biscuit is making me break out...or it could be the Naked juice I am drinking.
    On Raw:
    6/26/06 --> 302 lbs
    8/14/06 --> 288.5 lbs (-13.5)
    05/23/07 --> 274.2 lbs (-27.8)
    On Weight Watchers:
    09/28/08 --> 250.2 (-51.8)
    On Raw: (coming soon!)

    Goal Weight: 150lbs

    Ha I'm a college student as well and started for the first time this week as well. I feel that I have done really well and have so much energy now! (Which is being used to study and not exercise as much as I want...) I haven't felt this good in a long time and am truly excited. Congrats on the biking! I need to utilize the gym at the campus as well (commuter with 30 min drive so pretty difficult at times). All the best!

    Yeah, being in college is pretty hard with the raw diet. I started back at the end of June and was raw for about a month and a half, then I got back to school and just slowly went downhill. didn't gain that much weight back. I had lost about 20 pounds over the summer. And also, best of luck with your journey as well!
