Water: high in Ph and low in minerals?, but..
Water: high in Ph and low in minerals?, but..
Hi, my latest information is that water with a high Ph and low in minerals
is the best .
(1. our body can't use these minerals, because they are inorganic; 2. some minerals can leave a deposit, like calcium in the kidneys
and we don't like that)
My questions is: which solids should be avoided and which not?
Some waters are high in Ph but also high in Total Dissolved solids
See for example the facts below:
* This water is high in (sodium) bicarbonate and silica, can these 2 form deposits in the body or are these harmless? How about other solids?
thanks, LL

It's strange: we can live 3 minutes without oxygene, 3 days without water, and 30 days without food, and much longer without the rest.
We have specialist everywhere, people following studies in all kind of directions, knowing everything about cars, money, houses, god, love and go on...
But I can't find anyone on the Internet answering my questions about water.

heyya Light,
I am gonna take a stab at this but I am not 100% certain. Unlike my other posts where I have studied the biological and chemical issues enough to be sure of what I am saying, I must qualify this answer as saying that, whilest I have studied the topic of water alot, I am not answering with certainty.
Supposedly, the dyne( and hence Ph) of water makes a difference in its ability to hydrate. It will often carry extra H neg ions which in turn supposedly detox us and help mineral absorbtion. If ya google microhydrin ya can get some info on this as well as an opposing view of "better" charged water. I cannot say which is correct. The second view against micrhydrin sounds more correct to me....but as they actually sell the water they are talking about I cannot help but see a conflict there. The other one, te H neg (and hence microhydrin) article is by a user that is a researcg scientist, but has nothing to gain with his opinion. I submit both aticles to ya to kinda compare and contrast:
For Microhydrin water: http://www.h-minus-ion.org/
For the M-water: http://www.0disease.com/0microhydrin.html
Finally here is an experiment on microhydrin (i think the above guy conducted the experiment...dont recall) on Ph and veggie juice preserving:
http://www.rawpaleodiet.org/raw-juic...deg-study.html
All interesting stuff. Not sure whats right. But again, I likethe sound of the M-water stuff better, but dont know anyone that has tried it. As i ironically read about that M-water JUST YESTERDAY (lol) I need to do a lil more research. If you find something, please let me know! :)
As most of all diets are not mineral salt deficient, (due to bad water) this seems a vital issue. Our anscestors got these minerals from the waters, so where does that leave us lol?
Happy reading and I hope that helps get ya started.

How much I know, we can not absorb or even efficiently get rid of inorganic minerals. Paul Bragg drank distilled water most of his life(he ate around 70 percent raw and water fasted a lot) and lived to be 95 or so and then he lost his life in surfing accident.

hmm
My philosophy is I dont want to get my minerals from water. Ima get them from my food and from the air I breath, not water. I prefer distilled water only that has prill beads and cosmic stones in them.

Hey...
Heres the link to the water video from David W. He mentions it near the end... But the info is still good...
N joy.

Davylp25, I agree with you on that---pure water is still essential to our daily intake. I should have clarified, for those that drink large quantities like 1/2 to 1 gallon of water a day, may find our need lessening as raw progresses.
Another thought, I would think our bodies at optimal health and proper intake, will remove extra minerals from our bodies--right? So I could see if a persons [whole] body system is not up to par, than "excessive" intake of water THEN may be a concern? Even then, it's hard to overdo water.
I'll check that DW link! :)
