Or am I just naive? I'm not overweight but I don't like thinking about food all day like I have been for... oh 25 years! I'm 31 (raw for 7 months) and just want to retrain myself on how to eat. I feel like I will never truly detox until I give my body a break from food. I have been eating non-stop since I was little. I was thinking that a two week water fast (supervised) might help me bring up some emotions/barriers that I can't run away from by eating and thereby help me confront my food issues. Any comments?
