Default Sleep????? How much do you get?

I have been searching off and on for hours looking for a post on sleep. I saw that one person stated that her sleep patterns had changed. I am ususlly an 8-10 hour sleeper and wanted to see how your amounts of sleep has changed since going raw?

Well I had a decrease of sleep on raw. I went from 7-9 hours of sleep on SAD to 5-6 hours on RAW.

Then I started acupuncture and a fungus and parasite cleanse. For the first 2 1/2 weeks I was sleeping 4 hours, but now I have been sleeping 9-10 hours.

I am assuming that my body is doing some healing and needing its rest.

I need about as much sleep as I used to....which is about 7 hours. Then again I was a pretty healthy eater before raw.

I used to go to bed around 2 am then got up around noon, so I needed about 10 hours sleep,

now I go to bed around 2 am and I get up at 7 am today, so 5 hours sleep,
I guess that is half as much, hummmmm

so that's a big difference for me, plus before, I used to take a 4 hour nap each day too, well, MOST days anyway.

I used to absolutely require a minimum of 8 hours.

On raw, I can get 6 hours and function, but still aim for 7-8 at least 50% of the time. My skin is much better when I sleep more.

    Default Yawn!!

I never feel like I get enough sleep. I generally get about 6-7 hrs per night during the week. On the weekends, I can sleep 10 hrs straight. I just can't seem to get to sleep early enough on the weeknights... here it is 10:50 pm and I've got to get up at o'dark thirty in the morning!!!

Overall 5-6 hours but more importantly, I try to get to bed by 10 pm so my body can rebuild immunity, replnsih, assimilate etc. That seems to be my challenge, sleeping my 10 pm

Default Raw food and Less sleep

I went from 8 hours at least, to 6 or less on a raw food diet. It's so strange to wake up at 5:30 am without any alarm and feel completely well-rested and awake. I have more energy than ever.

Do you feel well-rested upon wakening? Ann Wigmore only needed about 2 hours of sleep a night.

    Default Sleep habits

When on raw I do well with less sleep. On SAD I feel like I need more sleep because I am tired all the time. On raw I am fine with about 5 hours of sleep and I have a lot of energy. ;)
