Default Living-blood picture related to kind of Diet

Living-blood picture related to kind of Diet

Hi, I thought a little "poll'' would be ok:

    * Which is your kind of diet? (for example: high fruit & low fat, mixed diet,
high fruit & high fat, low fruit & high fat...)

    * what is the picture of your living-blood test telling?
(about: structures in your blood, fungus and mycotoxinsin your blood,
cell aggregations, etc...). Is it overall ok?

I'm not really sure that we get tested for those things here in the U.S. The last blood test I had (years ago) showed things such as triglycerides, HDL, LDL, glucose, liver enzymes, vitamins and minerals. I don't remember being tested for fungus or any type of toxins. I have not been tested at all since going raw. Sorry I'm not of much help on this.

Raw Nut, those tests LL is referring to are usually done at "alternative practitioner" types of places, as opposed to the medical ones you're referring to.

Ok, the results from all types of bloodtests are welcome.

    So now the questions are:

    * What kind of bloodtest did you have?

    * Which is your kind of diet? (for example: high fruit & low fat, mixed diet,
high fruit & high fat, low fruit & high fat...)

    * what is the picture of your living-blood test telling?

cell aggregations, etc...). Is it overall ok?

Oh, I see! Thanks! I'd be interested in seeing everyone's results as well. I have seen a couple of people post some befores and afters of the standard medical type tests but cannot find those specific posts. Perhaps I'm using the wrong key-words in the search.

Okay... I am not totally raw. Maybe today I am 50% raw.

Anyway.... I got into blending raw foods kinda by accident about 2 months ago. I had to do my annual checkup thing with my physician two weeks ago... with little more than cholesterol bloodwork done.

    blood pressure 102/55
    pulse 44 bpm
    cholesterol 152
Cholesterol ratio = total cholesterol/HDL (152/69) an almost unheard of 2.2 ratio (anything under 5.0 is considered "good" apparently)

I am 59 years old. My doctor and his nurse were both stunned with my vitals... and they asked what I have been doing. I told the Doc that I had been drinking green smoothies. He asked what that was... and I vaguely told him what it was... and then I promised to bring him one... I have not yet fulfilled that commitment... I must remember to buy a jalapeno for that day's smoothie concoction. I want it to be memorable.

I have been eating a high fruit and greens, low fat raw life for almost a year. I was high fat before that. After my change, my life changed completely. I found happiness and peace I had not found on high-fat... My mind must have been blocked by the chunks ;)

I had my blood tested this past summer, and I was DEFICIENT IN NOTHING, not even B12. I account that to the 2 lbs of greens I eat a day. I take no supplements.
