    Protea, before June, I would have a salad or some fruit with my "normal" meals... but I wasn't anywhere near rawism. Some days I didn't even have any fruits or veg.

    As of right now I'm 100%. There have been times during the past 4+ months where I would have a slip and have cooked, but I would say I"ve been 100% raw for about 3 1/2 months solid.

    It's a struggle every day not to give in, I would say just eat all the Raw you can, and not worry about percentages right now. Enjoy how your body feels eating living and raw foods

    Thank you so much for your supportive message - you have no idea (or maybe you do!) how much this helps me! I read your journal and it is very motivating! So, tomorrow I start once more... and will focus less on % raw, just as much raw as possible!! I'm definitely going to the store after work and purchase fresh goodies! Wish me luck!!
