Protea, before June, I would have a salad or some fruit with my "normal" meals... but I wasn't anywhere near rawism. Some days I didn't even have any fruits or veg.

It's a struggle every day not to give in, I would say just eat all the Raw you can, and not worry about percentages right now. Enjoy how your body feels eating living and raw foods
