Thread: The Four Bodies

  1. #1

    Default The Four Bodies

I finished composing another theory. It is a work in progress.

    The Four Bodies

There are four bodies. They are all connected. Are you exercising all of them?

    The Physical Body
The physical body is our means of moving about in a physical world. It is composed of muscles, tissues, and other cells. A strong physical body will have power, stamina, speed, flexibility, and a good immune system. Failure of the physical body results in weakness, disease, pain, and disability. The physical body is developed by exercise and movement.

    The Mental Body
The mental body is our means of processing information. It involves the processes and calculations of the brain. A strong mental body will result in complex and quick calculations. It will be able to process large amounts of information. Failure of the mental body results in fatigue, tiredness, headache, and memory loss. The mental body is developed by games, puzzles, and problem solving.

    The Emotional Body
The emotional body is our means of reacting to the world around us. It is composed of the various emotions that we feel. A strong emotional body will result in a person who can effectively manipulate the world around them. Failure of the emotional body results in loss of control of the other bodies, resulting in disease and dangerous behavior. The emotional body is developed by exerting control over yourself and your environment, rather than letting outside stimulae control you. Relaxation and meditation are useful in this regard.

    The Spiritual Body
The spiritual body is our means of finding purpose. It is composed of our sense of being more than we often seem to be. A strong spiritual body will result in someone with a strong intuition and clear goals for what they want out of life. Failure of the spiritual body results in confusion, depression, and a sense of being lost. The spiritual body is best developed by setting and achieving goals.

I sense a book out of this. Why not.
