    For anyone concerned or curious about the amount of calcium they or their kids are getting...I found this list & found it interesting & helpful.

    A 100-gram portion of human breast milk (3.5 ounces) contains
    33 milligrams of calcium. Human adults need calcium too, but
    human adults should not be drinking human breast milk. Let's
    compare the amounts of calcium contained in adult foods to
    the level of calcium in human breast milk:

    A great list. I've been analysing my nutrient intake a lot lately, I'm very concerned with growing this baby the best way I can.

    do you know how this compares to dairy milk? quantity of calcium-wise? i haven't had a carton of milk in my fridge for a few years now...so, nothing to compare :)

    Yes, I thought that was an interesting omission too...

    I don't have the 100g version but a book I have here says I tlbspn of sesame seeds has 8x the calicum of a cup of cows milk...
