    Default What's raw in Boston?

    any raw restaurants, stores, etc.?

Also, beyond the raw, any advice on other places of interest, things to do, places to see, etc...

have you ever gone to Haymarket? It is near North Boston (the Italian section) every Saturday and is a big truck market, tons of fresh food CHEAP, though mostly NOT organic. I would go to Chinatown and check out some of the markets there for interesting varieties of fruits and veg. I do not know of any raw restaurants but if you start one I bet you'd do well!

there is a restaurant in Beverly about 40 north of Boston that is raw and really good. other than that there is not much - although we have a lot of whole foods markets in and around boston.
although it is a bit cheesy...the duck tour is a great way to see the city if you have never been here before. you can pick it up on boylston street in the prudential area.
the south end, jamacia plain area are cool and funky
beacon hill and charlestown have a lot of old history and archetecture (okay that is some seriously bad spelling!!)
harvard, central and porter squares in cambridge all accessable by public transporation are fun and have lots going on
newbury street is the place for people watching and high end-ish shopping as well as the copley mall nearby
let me know if you need any more specific info
    have fun!
