    Default Here I go again!

I have spent much of the year in a depression. My life has been one long fog since my mother died. I have been overeating since that tragedy. I want to be healthy! I am willing to clean out my kitchen! I hate to waste so much money and food, but it is my health I am worried about! I have gained about 40 pounds since I last posted!
I have been in one bItchy mood.
Well here I am! Back at it. Is raw a doable lifetime plan ?

Yes, definitely, but don't look at the long term goal of forever! It will totally overwhelm you. Look at her now...today...this moment. What the next meal will be will take care of itself. Eat raw now...this meal. If you do that each and every meal a day will pass. Then another...pretty soon you are looking at a week is behind you! Then a month and after your first year, you will look back and say...wow...I did it! Yes, it can be done...with small raw steps! :)
    Raspberries, almonds & kiwi...oh,my! :D
