    Default had a relapse..help!

    Hi everyone, had a bit of a relapse. I ate some chips and garlic bread and sweetened rice milk to boot and now I am dealing with a headache and I just feel off balance. Does anyone have any advice for when you mess up as far as getting back on track or any cleanse that may help. Any particular foods that might expedite the process?

    and just relax..and realize that were only human and mistakes are inevitable :) just eat raw from now on..and in the mean time, rest/dont eat or eat light (raw) and allow your body to get busy with digestion.

    Thanks EYB, I was kind of thinking water would be my best bet, perhaps a mini-fast for the rest of the day. What makes it so bad is onece you get a taste of that junk you begin to crave it. Yes, you hit the nail on the head, water for me. Thanks, again! :)

    Sometimes our mis-steps disapoint ourselves so much because are not showing up in the world the way we would like to. Maybe you just needed to be reminded (through experience) that you feel better on raw and unprocessed vegan food (vs the processed vegan food you experimented with today). Also, you may have needed a comparison to share with others. Just think the next time someone asks: 'Why vegan? Why raw vegan? It will be so easy for you to share just how HORRIBLE you felt when you ate processed food and that it made you realize just why raw food is what you need and thrive on.

    Also believe one of the things that is really fabulous about you is that you asked for help to jump back on track. Yeah Rawscal!

    You can back on RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're all here rooting for ya!!!

    It definitely feels a lot, lot, lot better to be eating raw foods than the SAD. I think ya just got that reminder. Now don't forget it!
