You may need MORE calories to lose weight...Sounds crazy but could be what you need? I don't know how tall you are or how active but if you go to fitday.com you can set up an account and it will analyze your intake/output, etc.... But losing weight slowly is good too! You are doing great! I am trying to stay under 2,400 calories. I am 5'8" and very active! I run 2 hours a day burning around 1,500 calories so I LOSE weight at that amount and could/should eat close to 4,000 calories per day....but I am trying to get back to 135 so I am TRYING to restrain myself! Wierd because when I first went raw I easily went down to 132....Since I broke my leg in January it has slowly crept back up and I don't know why???? must be that metal plate in my leg!!!!!!!!
