Default Indigenous people who are raw!

I just found out today that there is a "tribe" (for lack of the proper word) here in Indonesia that eats raw! The Indonesians that told me that also said that they are beautiful people. I would really love to go there and see what they are like. Well, maybe after I learn the language. A guy I know is from there and said that his grandmother can tell you all about the leaves in her yard that are edible, etc.

    Hi MRTW,

Have you ever heard of Peter Ragnar? (www.roaringlionpublishing.com) He can do the same thing and has been eating raw for about four - six years now!

If you look at his pictures....they are 20 yrs. apart! He keeps getting younger! His real age is approx. 80 and he doesn't look a day over 40 or less!

That's very great news in my book!

Thanks for posting......very interesting! When you get more info., please let me know!

    Warm Blessings,

    Pansy ;)

According to John Robbins in his latest book, since humans learned about fire, there has never been a culture who eat 100% raw.

Our ancestors ate everything and anything they could.

I am going to try to get over there and check it out. It won't be for a while, but I will let you know what I find.

I was browsing Wikipedia's list of language families of the Americas and there's one called Comecrudan - which means "eat raw".

"Comecrudan" interesting! I wonder how that's pronounced!

Let's all meet up in Indonesia! That's very interesting. Do you have any idea what the tribe is called? I would love to look into this some more.
