Congratulations on your one year. Wow that is rawsome! I have only been raw for 6 weeks so reading this post is really motivating to me and the shoe size thing is also awesome since I wear a size 10. As it is, it is hard to find shoes for me to wear. When I was younger I wore a 9 and after each pregnancy I went up a 1/2 size. So maybe I will go back down (hopeful thinking). Anyway I can't wait to have some real results to share soon. You guys that have been on this for a year are a real inspiration!

I had been trying to lose weight for a while before I went raw, and it never had worked. Not that I had a lot of weight to lose, and that was a big part of it....but I wanted to get rid of the freshman 15 that I had gained (even though it really was maybe 10 or less.)

Anyways, upon going raw I lost it...and didn't even notice until my friends, who hadn't seen me all summer, told me they could tell.

Even though I lost just 30 pounds, but I went through quite a few sizes too (from 8-10 to 6 (although sometimes 2 or 4 are good, depending on the company)- thank goodness garage sales around here are so good - and people are so wasteful - they sell some clothes even still with tags. And to tell you the truth, it is much easier to buy this way smaller sizes, because most people just get bigger.
