Default The "Dangers" of Being Raw for One Year LOL...Hee hee! :)

In December, it will be my one year anniversary of beginning this raw path :)

I've noticed many improvements, but this one is pretty funny...I'm not super appearance conscious, but more and more, I'm becoming that way.

So...being raw has necessitated new clothing...because...

The other day I was cleaning house and when I stood up from my cleaning, my underwear fell down :) Hee hee! I had weeded out all of my size 6's...or so I had thought. Size 5 now :) Wonder though if they make size 4 in undies :) Hee hee!

At the bookstore the other day, I had ultra low rise jeans of mine on and when I bent down, I almost lost them. They are a size 4 and I've owned them for 3 years at least, but now, they are super loose on me!

The worst though is reaching up in a grocery store to get something and then, realizing, you came out of your bra! Time to go shopping...again!!!!!

And, to me the wildest thing is trying on clothes that I thought I needed a medium in and really needing an extra small...Or trying on the small and it's too big and the store doesn't carry extra small's!!!!

Also, lately, I wonder did my feet lose weight...I am used to wearing a size 7 in women's shoes. Well, today, I was trying on shoes and found I needed a 6 and a half in some ballet flats...Maybe it was just the style, but I haven't worn a 6 and half since 8th grade! LOL

    Wild stuff!!!!!!!!

Be careful when you go out in public ;) Make sure you're strapped in! LOL

Enjoy your raw 'results' :) If I can do this, so can you ;)

    Love to all!

    Hugzzz, L

That's pretty funny Angel, and congratulations!

I know a woman who was so petite she would buy (hip) children's clothes. That may have to be an option for you!

    Default Thanks LittleAngel,

It's great to see the positive side of life. Looking good and losing that old weight that has been around for a long time feels so good.
The other week i put my hand on my bottom and it has gotten so small i had to run and look in the mirror to see where it went :)
It was like an old friend that wouldn't leave but now it's gone and i really don't miss it :) :)
    Now for the thighs.

Lol!! The same has happened to me with shoes, I used to wear a size six (UK size) and now I wear a size 4... I prefer having smaller feet. But isn't that strange? The mystery of the shrinking feet...

LOL I totally know what you are talking about! My ultra thin pants...you know the ones you can only fit into when the sun, moon and stars line up just right...are now my comfy jeans. Amazing stuff this raw! Also, yes, they make a size 4xs ulta low rise undies in hanes! But these are getting loose on me too. May be looking for something on line soon! If Banana Republic is coming out with a 00 Petite maybe other stores will too! Would be nice to always be able to shop in the womens department. Luckily, I'm somewhere between a 3 and 5 now...so, I have a ways to go! (Never thought you would ever hear me saying that....like I said...Raw is AMAZING!!!)

ahh! my feet shrank too!!! i thought i was going insane! i know that if you're bloated water is retained in your feet, so maybe when we're raw we aren't bloated anymore? ...me and my crazy theories

    Default I'm so glad I'm a.....

Best thing for me being raw (and walking for 6 weeks) was the day I got into the shower, looked down, and it was confirmed...

being a guy this is strange to post, but Okay....

I had to throw out all my current clothes. I have always saved that pair of jeans that are way to small, ya know, just in case. Now they are my only jeans....

    RowanC - very funny.....LOL

I would never have believed this was happening to me too, but IT IS!

I've had to hold up my jeans with a big tight belt and now it's on the tightest hole and even that is beginning to be too loose.

Isn't this fun! Raw sure does rawk in more ways than one.
