    Default they are fabulous!!

nice and crunchy..and the nuts ground up make them seem flaky almost, like shortbread cookies, kind of crumbly, but not too much.

I am going to be making these a lot. I ate one this a.m. (just to see if they were dry enough LOL ) ad now..I want to eat more before I even finish my smoothie. I am going to see how different seasonings go with these, since I like the texture so much...

I added red and yellow bellpepper because I didn't have any zucchini on hand. Very yummy, I am definitely going to make these again!!

Not a big fan of dehydrated flat breads and crackers, but after making this recipe last night, this one is definitely a keeper. Oh, and your right, it does taste very similar to ritz crackers. Thanks for sharing ~ Cathy

    Default So yummy with honey!!!

I followed Rawkinloc's example and had them with honey. WOW!! It is that creamy unfiltered raw honey and is so-o-o-o-o yummmmmmmy!!! I am so excited to find a cracker that is so versatile and just plain good!

hmmm..red pepper ones do sound good..:)

Only thing, I screwed up and added too much salt. I thought they would need "a bit more" as many recipes seem to do - but apparently the recipe measurements were right on point even down the to the seasoning. So, they're a bit too salty, but next time I make them (and there WILL be a next time) I'll be sure to add the amount of salt the recipe called for.

I had some last night with some dehydrated jalapeno cheese (Alissa's recipe) and it was just like eating cheese-n-crackers...very tasty.

    Thanks for the recipe mattsonfamily!
Where is this dehydrated jalapeno cheese located as I could not locate the receipe for this? Thanks in advance.

I have these in the dehydrator right now. I've had a little sample and they taste great! They have somewhat of a buttery taste just like Ritz...haha

The only thing is I think I have to let mine dehydrate a little longer because they're still a little soft & chewy. Hopefully they'll get crunchier. :)

where do you guys keep these when they're done, should i be worried about the oils in the walnuts making my crackers rancid?

I actually freeze my crackers (provided I have any left) in freezer bags.
