THANK YOU for this recipe. I can't wait to make it. I came on the discussion boards to ask if anyone had a good cracker recipe and there was your post! :)

Where do you get...or how do you make...raw peanut butter??? This is the one of the few non-raw things I am still eating occasionally b/c I LOVE peanut butter and almond butter just didn't replace it for me. Please share!

I'm out of zucchini just now, but will going to the store tomorrow to pick some up! These sound wonderful and simple.

    Thanks for sharing!

Do you have a Wild Oats in your area? I was there last week, and there it was...like a shining ray of light in the store. A machine that grinds fresh, raw peanuts!! It was only 3.99 a lb. You just hold the container under the machine and turn it on and it grinds it right into the container. I'm going to have to go back and get more soon!! Its very yummy!!

I made these using almond pulp. It worked! I added a little onion and minced carrot too. Kids like them. And they are much drier -- crackly dry.

Also made the orginal receipe. Very good. But I can not figure out what to put on them -- so I opt for honey. Yum!

BDraw, the original ones are great with any nut cheese spread on or even almond butter or almond butter, honey (or agave) and bananas...the possibilities are endless because they are such a neutral-flavored cracker! :)

Thanks for the input, but I was trying to save on the fat calories. You know?

I keep thinking I'd like to loose a few of these extra pounds.

Made these yesterday. Sadly, I only had enough ingredients on hand to make 1/2 a batch. These are going to go fast! Delish! I will be making a full batch next weekend for sure. So light and delicate but full of flavor. Oh, by the way, I used sesame seeds in place of the hemp seeds.

I don't have walnuts right now and can't get any for a few days. But I do have brazil nuts or almonds. Would either of these work?
