Thanks for the Apple cider tip. I also bought Neem oil today to use topically. Mine looks really red and inflamed. It doesn't itch anymore but it just doesn't look like it is healing. I also bought some Neem supplements to take internally. I guess Neem is comparable to Australian Tea trea. The guy at the co-op said it worked well for him.

does this happen with any raw food that you consume. I ask because something similar happened to me when I ate pineapple. It was horrible I thought I was attacked my mutant mosquitoes overnight. Mainly on my legs, backside and I think a coupl on my arms. Maybe you could experiment a little and see if there is any raw food imparticular that you are allergic to.

Well, I originally thought that I might have a nut allergy, but I've never had a reaction to nuts before. I never had any reaction to any food, cooked or raw, before. My condition isn't severe,(as of right now). I only have a few scattered bumps now. When I went high raw before my wedding is when they really started popping up. I had a big cluster of them on my upper backside, and several all over. But I have been using APV and eating pumpkin seeds and I'm fine right now.

As the little red spots come up -- look like little red pin-pricks -- the itching is easing a lot.

Tell you something strange. After I'd been in India for a week, a couple of years ago now, when i got back, I often got kind of prickly feelings in my left shoulder, up near my neck. They would come and go and I didn't think any more of them, except to wonder whethere they were related to anything I might have 'picked up' in India.

Now this itchy thing and the rash has come in that arm I do wonder whether it really could be some kind of 'parasite' -- I've put it in inverted commas because i can hardly bear the thought of it -- that's 'coming out' because of all the raw food I've been eating.

Anyway, it seems to be on the way out now and, as my mum used to say 'better out than in'.

Glad you're making good progress, too, StudentforLife.

    Thanks lily.

Mine are more like bug bites, big rounded and red. This morning the newer one on my foot was itching like crazy. I put some apple cider vinegar on it. It's not itching any more.
