First Level II class - a hit!
Well, I did it! I just finished teaching my first Living on Live Food Level II class. Whoohoo! I am really tired, but also really happy about it. I had the nicest lady come - and I think we both had a really great time. Two days is a long time to spend preparing raw food in the kitchen, but we did it. I can't wait to do it again. At the end of the class time Saturday, we had a few friends and family come to enjoy the spoils of our work.
These aren't the best pics, of course, but they'll do. We made, (6) Alissa's pizza, (9) enchiladas, (11) onion dip, (3) chili, and (10) rye bagels and bread sticks. We also made (8) pumpkin pie with a really nice frosting, (7) chocolate chewies, (4) herb crackers, and (1) pistachio crepes with an orange mint cream (2). When everyone had had a chance to enjoy the prepared food, we got out a (5) jackfruit and she and I carved and served it. It was really wonderful!
Anyway, just had to share. It was a great weekend!

Great job, Anna!
Now if you could just head on over to Virginia to do a training :)
Can't wait to get my calendar and the others to give out.
Blessings to you,
EC
BTW, can you post a listing picture by picture labeling each of the foods...I wasn't sure what a few of them were.

You guys crack me up. I have gone back and uploaded the photo again with numbers along with ID tags in the body of the post. I hope this helps some.
And yes, I did include a few other recipes. But for the most part, they were Alissa's and I taught from her training and book.

Girl - you are FAST!
I was wondering if the 9' o clock photo was the pistachio crepes but now I see where they are.
I've never tried a jackfruit before. Looks good!

Thanks everyone. It really was lots and lots of fun. It was like a raw food prep marathon! We laughed, we cried, we "uncooked."
Seriously, at one point we forgot to remove the date pits from the soaked dates before throwing them in the food processor. You should have seen the tomato sauce and processor flying! It was a hoot! Although my poor Jan didn't think as much at the time - I was hysterical! Lessons learned - when you are in a hurry, take time to remove the pits/seeds from the fruit. It makes less mess in the long-run. ;)
I'm off to dream about that increadible pizza!
