    Default Hello from Boise!

    Hi Everyone,
I'm happy to find a forum like this. I went raw the first of the year, and really enjoyed the food, and the light, happy feeling I had. I had to add rice porridge to my diet because of poor digestion. When I find out a raw alternative, I'll add it.

    Anyone else here from Boise?

    Default Welcome!

    Hi,

I am not from Boise but live in Bend, Oregon. I lived a year on Maui and met Michelle, a girl that lived in Boise her whole live. I think she is around 30 now.
If you ever know a Michelle, girl with long curly hair that worked with me in Paia in Mana foods on Maui, let me know, I would love to contact her again.

Anyway, this is a fun place to be here on the forum.
    I love it.
    Welcome!

    Default from Boise

I just found this website today and decided to join. I have been doing research on raw foodism for the last year and have not been able to stay 100% raw and decided I needed some support. I look forward to taking the journey and staying 100% raw for the next 30 days. Any advice?

Talking Yes! I am in Boise and am looking for fellow rawfooders!

Hi, I am in Boise and would like to start a raw food potluck for all of us to get to know one another and support one another. I just came back from Salt Lake City listening to a lecture from Tanya Zavasta, a raw food author, and they had a potluck before and suggested we get one started up here. Let me know if you are interested. Michele

Sunwarrior.com has a raw alternative. Though other products may work for you as well such as digestive enzymes, chia seeds, etc.

    Default I live in Boise!

Hi, also looking for fellow raw foodists! Found a great website rawfoodmeetup.com and found a group that does monthly raw vegan potlucks. I would love to do as many as possible, let me know how many people, where, when and what to bring! I am on Phase 1.5 (start it in 5 days) of Gabriel Cousens Rainbow Green diet, so that still means super low glycemic fruits only, no sweetners, so it's still a little hard to eat with anyone! Glad to have found this group!
