  1. Default Wheatgrass powder: still good?

I'm not in the advanced raw food stage yet, where I would optimally grow my own wheatgrass and juice it fresh.
So my question: does the wheatgrass powder I purchased have even close to the amount of nutritional value of the fresh? Is it still worth it to use it in the meanwhile?

    Thanks!

Is it raw? Anything that's processed and packaged will not have the same benefits as something one has fresh, juiced and drunk.

It says that it is "dehyrated at it's nutritional peak."
Now, they could easily have dehydrated it at 125 degrees, just to speed up the process, and that would render it nutritionless.
I think I'll take my chances. Better something, then nothing?

Well, I dunno. Something "nutritionless" is better than nothing? Sounds like a bad relationship to me.

Sincerely, IF it's dehydrated at 125, it'll probably not reach 118 anyway. Why not just do green smoothies using fresh greens, herbs, sprouts, etc.? And ummm, not sure why you think "Advanced" raw means wheatgrass juice anyway. Many here don't grow their own OR juice it (or anything else)at all.

AND, IF you've got a Whole Foods near you, I found fresh, bagged wheat grass.

    Just some options to consider.

Well, I meant more along the lines of:
Even if it's dehyrated at a higher temperature, SOMETHING good might be there, so I'll continue using what I have, and when it's gone I won't buy it again.
