    Default Sprouts Everyday?

    Hey there...

Ugh I have had the EasyGreen for awhile and still havent used it. I would like to try adding sprouts into my life, but wonder, What to do with them? Just sprinkle on a salad, or can I add them to a smoothie? I mean the system can run everyday, with new sprouts being made, But I wonder is that too much sprouts?

I add sprouts to salads and used them in smoothies. Supposedly you can't have too much of something healthy, though probably alternating different sprouts is advisable.

You'll be amazed at how much better you'll feel from incorporating sprouts into your diet on a daily basis. Well, if you eat enough of them. Even coming from raw..the sprouts enliven you. I have never felt so good in my life as the short period where I ate nothing but sprouts.

dav, I like to put them in wraps (usually nori, grated carrots, ginger, sweet red pepper, flavored sauce, etc.). Then there's heartier stuff like sprouted french lentils for curry. sprouts on burgers/sandwiches, etc. I put mild sprouts into a waldorf salad (apple, soaked walnuts, celery, raw mayo, lemon juice). Then there's asian stir fry from adzuki or mung sprouts, phad thai, etc... I put them into sushi sometimes too.

If you sprout enough different kinds, it helps not get bored. You can also make random combinations of certain seeds for blends.

I was reading how great broccoli sprouts are for you if cancer prevention is a concern.

I would definitely rotate them... ANY food every single day over a long period of time can create allergies.
