Daily meditation. I haven't meditated in ages. And my "grouchy factor" is rising.

I am in for October. While I ate 99 % raw in Sept I did not lose the few pound I anticipated. I over eat nuts ! I am not one who can eat whatever..as long as it is Raw...ho humm....I need to get the fat down in my diet. I am at 20% need to go to 10% where I will lose !

So goal is 8-1-1 ratio diet.
    Lose 4 pounds
60 min day work out 6 days a week.
Psalms 18:2 "The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold."

    CW : 130-131
    GW : 125-126
    current bodyfat is
    18-19% in the AM
    15-16% in the PM,
goal is to see this go down 3% (as they are not as accurate as they are consistant ! )

Hi Mary :) Good to meet you!

The October Challenge is Alissa's 30-day challenge, we just keep them going every month. It inspires people and kind of gives it a sense of competition almost, who can be the healthiest at the end of it.

    Welcome aboard and Rawk on

    Default I'm in

I"m still fasting for another 2 weeks, but I'm in. I plan to do more bikram yoga, and keep up a daily routine of meditating. After the fast I am going to keep to 100 percent raw.

    Hi Mary,

Yup, what Corinne said. :) It also helps me by keeping me accountable to a group of people. And I've found that the social support really keeps me on track. I've done 100% raw for periods of time without social support, and it was much more difficult. Just having an understanding community of people to check in with every day is so helpful.
