    Red squares
2 cups of cacao butter, grated
    1 cup of goji berries
    1/2 cup of agave nectar
Blend everything together in a Vita-Mix until smooth, then place in cube moulds. Turn out when set.
How long should this be in the freezer? It tasted SOOOOOOOOOOO good once I blended it.

Goldsplinter I just realized that is a heck of a lot of cocoa butter - 2 cups! You could have probably put it through the food processor with the shredding disc.

Eatyourbroccoli & spicyfull - thanks! :) I can do the grapevine too!

If you don't have one of those microplane zester things you can just use a regular old box grater. Those microplanes are awesome. Good for grating nutmeg and ginger as well.

maryonherway - I used to put baby (mineral) oil all over myself and go out in the sun. I never understood why my legs got so red and irritated!

Ha! We did mineral oil, too. Now, I'm allergic to it (in lotions, lip balms, even baby oil and deodorant)... there were times we even used plain old Crisco! Too bad I couldn't be allergic to that and save myself a ton of calories over the years! We could only afford 'real' tanning oil occasionally, 'cuz it was so expensive to smell like coconut & bananas, so we used just about anything in a pinch. No wonder we have age spots and wrinkles! Pathetic what we put our bodies through to look like the Coppertone ads!
