    Wyjoz-
    Those links don't work?

I do go to the farmers market twice a week. It is a very small one though. I've never eaten carrot tops before, what do they taste like? Do they taste good in a smoothie?

I think it's years of eating fast that have probably ruined my stomach acid...maybe.
My daughter and I are starting to really chew our food thoroughly and have more calm peaceful meals instead of rushed like sometimes they are.
I think this will help a lot.
We are also drinking a smoothie every morning. I tried the apple cider vinegar last night and it seemed to help.

    Thanks everyone!

Hmmm....I was taught that carrot tops are poisonous. Was I taught wrong?

luckitri: Per Victoria Boutenko, from her seminar, I've been using carrot tops since this spring and never experienced any reactions!
