Fast gaining weight
My raw food friend has a big troubles with her parents. She's an adult, but she's still finnancially depending on her parents. She is 155cm tall and weights 37kg. She has no health problems, runs every morning a looks fit. She is slim, but not skinny. Well, this depends on the point of view. They say she has to eat "normally" or they will bring her to a hospital. I know it's not possible without her agreement, but at the moment, she needs to establish better atmosphere at home. In other words, she needs gain some weight. As a woman, it's not as easy as if was man (at leas I think so). So what would you do if you were her?
In my mind there is idea to run fast for short distances which should build some muscles. Or maybe power yoga. Any other ideas?

She's 100% raw, at least I think so. She doesn't eat oil in salads but she eats nut cheeses. She prefers mono diet. She eats greens as well. The problem is not her body or mind, but her parents.

37 kg is about half my weight! Can you get avocados in Czechia? Avocados have complete protein and good fat, and are easier to digest than nuts, which may not be truly raw. I usually put an avocado, and often put some olives, in my salad. You can probably get raw olives easier than I can.
As to exercise, I like Bike. Much of my muscle mass is in my thighs, and even at 84 kg (I'm 1.51 m), I didn't look obese.
Well, she is from 37 to 39 kg. But she does like the running so she keeps losing the fat. I know that from my own experience. I love running too and people keep telling I'm skinny. But I am not. I only have complete functional body with no (almost ) excess fat. The same is in her case. But since she's smaller it is more visible.
Yes, we have avocados available. And olive as well, but not raw. Thanks.

Perhaps they are thinking of future grandchildren and some people think that thin women cannot carry children well? I have seen some really skinny girls that had wonderful and many pregnancies which they handled very well. Maybe if the parents had more information?
