big thanks to whoever it was who recomended alissas pizza bread..i made it and its the best thing since sliced bread for sure..wow - honestly its amazing..been having it as a sandwich..cooooooooor highly recomended.i just had to tell you..

coooor! Big time!
It makes the most awesome sandwiches! Try my kale sandwich. Spread some nut cheeze on it, then top with some olives, then a couple kale leaves, then another piece of pizza bread. It's incredible I think.

I'm so happy for you that you are enjoying more and more raw foods, Marigold and THANKS to all of you (well, both of you) for so highly recommending the pizza bread. Now I KNOW I must try it out soon!

ah thanks for noticing rawkins!! :) i have been putting misco or avo and tomatoes and yes some rawcheese on..its soo yum!! think i will make some more...

I made some of the raw swiss cheese in Alissa's book, then put a few "slices" on the pizza bread with veggies and it was the best raw meal I've had to date. The cheese is a little tricky, or at least it was for me, because I didn't know what to expect. I was actually thinking next time just putting the ingredients together on a small glass plate and dehyrate that way as I was unable to get it off the teflex easily. Then I'd just spread it like easy cheese!
But, the main reason I posted this is because that cheese recipe on the pizza bread tasted fantastic!
