    Default Juicing tips

    I'm starting a 9 day detox 9/8/06. Juicing only. If anyone has any tips on how to stick with it, I'd greatly appreciated. :)

    How is this going for you? I am trying to do just juice on the weekends as I only like it very fresh - so taking it to work - doesn't work.

    I'm okay during the week when I'm working but if I go out after work, or when the weekend arrives, juicing is out of the question. I'm trying different things to make it easier to keep my word. For instance not going out for a week. Will start juicing on Wednesday and see how long I can stick to it. Any suggestions on how to stick to it?

    My tip would be find green juices that you love

    I personally find green juices so balancing and calming, and they also suppress my appetite or cut my desire for sweets ----

    So if you are going all juices, make sure to get the green ones in too! There are literally hundreds of recipes for juices online, although the experimentation factor can be a LOT of fun!

    Good luck, I'm sure you'll feel wonderful. I always do when I include fresh juices. I"ve never tried a full on juice-only fast, so I'll be interested to read about your experience with it :)
