+ Fruit like mango, papaya, bananas, pineapple, etc. all ready sliced on a plate
+ Freshly made salsas
+ Fresh Guacamole
+ Dippers - CruditÃ©s like celery, jicama slices, bell pepper, carrots, long beans, etc.
+ Corn, Jicama or bell pepper salads
+ Any other Mexican, Southwestern, Caribbean or other recipe
+ Raw desserts
Please make sure what you bring is fresh (or dehydrated), raw and vegan (except honey)
I will have quite a few recipes out as well.
