    Default I am amazed

    Hi everyone,
Been doing some web surfing and I am starting to be amazed how much information is out there on eating raw food. Anyone have some favorite webs sites you can share with me? lol I love to read and this has become a very interesting subject for me.

I read somewhere that RAW is the 7th most popular "diet" in the US. Interesting, huh?

    Magnolia,

I've always considered "raw" a lifestyle and not a diet. I associate diet with Atkins or South Beach. Once you tap into raw, it must be a complete change from S.A.D.

    I enjoy your posts.

    Peace,
    M.B.

Personally, I don't care for the word "diet" at all... there are much better words out there.

    Hi Curtis,

This site and AlissaCohen.com are my favorites, but I've also lurked around rawguru.com, and living-foods.com. I just did searches a lot. I like to read, too!

Some of my favorite sites, other than Alissa's, are www.shazzie.com, www.thegardendiet.com, www.rawchef.org. That's all I can think of right now!
