    Default Bad gas

    I am having terrible gas and bloating. It mostly happens after I eat a lot of food or a prepared meal. Are there certain foods that I should not be eating raw??

    Gas and bloating is due to improper food combining. Try not to mix together to many foods at one meal and eat more of a mono diet.

    But that would mean most of the meals I'm making are not properly food combined as they contain many foods all mixed together!??

    Well, you donÂ’t have to go to extremes. Here's a good way to start:
    Make sure you eat fruit alone. In the morning maybe eat just fruit.
    This doesnÂ’t mean you can never eat a dessert with fruit but donÂ’t go overboard. If it doesnÂ’t agree with you and your getting gas and bloating then your not digesting your food well enough and you need to get your digestion working better and help it out by properly food combining a bit.

    There are many food-combining charts that you can look at to get a better idea of what goes together and what doesnÂ’t. Alissa has a good one in her book.

    My husband and I eat the same thing and he gets bad gas and bloating but I do not any suggestion why he does and I don't and what we can do about it.
