    Default More Bikram!

I've been injured since training for a marathon last summer. I never made it to the marathon. I did a half, though. I just got cleared for Bikram since the poses seem to be ok with my injury. I LOVE IT!! I just started a 20 classes in 30 days mini-challenge. I'm really excited about it except yesterday I felt like I was going to pass out during class. Could be the heat, but how about food? Does anyone change their raw diet when working out?? If so, how?
