Introductory Class now scheduled! TEX-MEX RECIPES
I've scheduled an Introductory Raw class for Friday, September 1 at 6 pm. No need to eat dinner that night! Our theme will be Tex-Mex and we'll enjoy a variety of guacamole, salsa, spanish rice, chili, and more! You'll enjoy a tasting of all of the recipes and I will demonstrate the preparation of one item. The cost will be $50, but believe me, it's worth it! Registration and pre-payment are required.
Level 1 - Living on Live Foods Chef Certification Classes scheduled!
September 9 and September 30, 12:00 - 6:00
I hope you can make it out to one of the Level 1 classes, as this is where you really learn the basics of raw food! In this class we prepare 7 recipes from Alissa's book, and you learn how easy it all really is! If you attend the Level 1 class you will recieve your Living on Live Foods Chef Certification from Alissa Cohen and will be qualified to instruct the Introductory raw foods classes. Registration is $150 and prepayment is required.
Level 2 - Living on Live Foods Instructor Certification Class!
October 20-22 (Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday)
In Level 2, we prepare even more sophisticated and delicious recipes! In this class you will learn about sprouting, dehydrating, and more! It is here that you really learn how to make raw foods a lifestyle. Once receiving your Instructor Certification, you are then qualified to teach the Chef Certification. Registration is $750 and prepayment is required.
