    I've eaten maybe 10 or more bananas in the past two days...and am losing weight. I had to find a new finger to put my class ring on! But I don't think that bananas will make you gain weight! A large banana has 124 calories with about 6 calories from fat. This is not bad!!
    On Raw:
    6/26/06 --> 302 lbs
    8/14/06 --> 288.5 lbs (-13.5)
    05/23/07 --> 274.2 lbs (-27.8)
    On Weight Watchers:
    09/28/08 --> 250.2 (-51.8)
    On Raw: (coming soon!)

    Goal Weight: 150lbs

    I eat a lot of bananas everyday. I'm thinking maybe around 20 or 30. I am 5'3" and weigh about 112. I started raw weighing 140. I'm pretty muscular...very low body fat. Bananas won't make you fat. When I don't eat bananas, I like mangos and grapes. I try to go for fruits with higher calories so that I don't crave fat and cooked foods. You can't go wrong with fruit!

    I don't think fat or any food for that matter builds muscle (if it did bodybuilders would be in restaurants all of the time - not at the gym)! I think that lifting weights or doing some type of resistance training develops muscle. There is fat in bananas (not much, but enough)! I say eat whatever feels good to you! Best of luck!

    For what purpose are you asking your doctor questions, if you don't believe his answers?

    Eating 100% raw will cure diabetes, it's been proven many times, there is a new video out about it, by David Wolfe and Gabriel Cousins, It is excellent.

    I like to just eat raw, why do a 8/1/1? just eat raw.

    Eat what you like and enjoy the process,

    I've lost 65 pounds eating what ever I liked, with no exercise.

    I FEEL GREAT!!!
