hi! i am a Domestic Goddess with three children, Mackenzie (8), Tyler (3.5), and Victoria (1). My husband is a police officer. I was a vegetarian for about 4 years in my early twenties. I have a daily yoga practice, and find that the less animal products i consume, the better my yoga practice, and the better i feel the rest of the day.
In December i officially quit eating meat again. Now my entire family is hooked on Boca burgers and soy nuggets. When i cook grains for the family, it is always Kashi. I phased out all dairy last month and have been eating fruit and raw veges for the last several days. Finally I am ready to take the 100% RAW path. I found this board while surfing the net for recipies.

Hello. I am a stay at home (domestic goddess) of 10 month old twins. I have practiced yoga for about 5 years. My practice has become much more intense since I've had the twins. I consider myself an advanced beginner. I would love to talk yoga and raw.
Welcome and enjoy eating raw. Will your family also be raw or will you be cooking for them? I am the only one that is raw in my family.Debbie

currently the entire family is ovo-lacto veges, and i am going solo on the raw and will be cooking for the rest of them. :)
