    Question sacramento area??

Is anyone from the just north of Sacramento, CA.

We just moved and now that I'm in a warm climate I'd like to take advantage of all the fresh fruits and veggies available.

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy raw foods, nuts, seeds, etc.

I'd also like to try young coconut and durian but have never been able to find any in out previous town.

I've looked online but the health food stores I've found have very limited raw selections.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Default Hi There!

I'm in Modesto about 1.5 hours away. I usually drive there to go to the Whole Foods Market. I think you guys have a couple. I know they have farmer's markets. And for durians and coconuts, look at the Asian markets. In my own area, I looked in the phone book, then drove around a bit. On AllissaCohen.com, when you look under teachers in your area, there is a teacher close to you that might have some more info! Good Luck!
