    Default Has anyone experienced severe sweating and throat closing up?

    It seems that i sweat heavily everyday about 3 or times and then at times my throat seems to want to close up on me.
    Has anyone had this happen to them?

    Have you kept a detailed log of what you're eating? Those can be reactions to foods you're intolerant to and or allergic to.

    :) That's exactly what my husband is saying to do.
    I've been eating loads of cherries lately and i do mean lots and lots, i will start doing that.
    Thanks for the help. I took some benadryl and my thoat opened up, that was a relief. :)

    YES, that used to happen to me only when I ate citrus and had dairy, so I couldn't handle any acids at all, because I was so allergic to the lactic acid.
