Over Easter I got excited and decided to put together a free raw food ebook. Something that could be shared to inspire people who just want a little more information but aren't ready to commit. And for those looking for new ideas and photos of raw food dishes.

Sheryl ~ Thanks! I went and downloaded it but am off to try to get some sleep and will read it tomorrow! Bummer I am fasting and can't do the recipes but it will give me something to look forward to once I break it and am having real food! I plan to share the link with lots of people too in hopes to even get them to eat more raw as my family is soooooo against it

Sheryl, Thank you so much for your kind gift. I will download it and read it right away. The raw community is definetely growing in leaps and bounds so what a wonderful thing for you to have done and for FREE!!!!!.
